Heart of Texas Ranch is owned by an 8th generation Texan whose ancestor, Isaac Millsaps, was the oldest man to die at the Alamo. The vacation homes have been proudly named after Isaac and his wife Mary.

Located just minutes away from Hidden Falls Adventure Park, and a short drive from Marble Falls where you can visit historic sites, shop, dine or cool off, and fish in Lake Marble Falls. There are public boat ramps on Lake Travis situated between the ranch and Marble Falls.  The ranch and as well as the location being a great spring-board for touring the Hill Country it is conveniently located for exploring all the delights Austin has to offer.

The Isaac Millsaps House has 5 bedrooms plus 2 “pocket” bedrooms – comfortably sleeping up to 16.    With a 4,000 sq. ft deck and wrap-around covered porch, the Isaac Millsap House can accommodate your corporate retreat, Hill Country wedding, business event or family celebrations. The huge kitchen with island, breakfast bar, table and barstools will draw everyone in to help. Or relax on the 12′ long curved sofa and easy chairs before you go hiking or to one of the nearby tourist destinations.  Wireless internet, BBQ grill, great views  . . what more could you want!

The Mary Millsaps Vacation House sits down the hill from the larger house and has a separate entrance. With a king bed, 4 queen beds,  two twins and a queen sofa-bed (and crib available), it can sleep 12 to 14 comfortably. 2 full baths, a washer, dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, a game room with pool table, foosball and tv complete the interior, while outside you’ll enjoy the covered front & back porches, patio chairs and BBQ grill.  The newest amenity is a fabulous hot tub!
